  we bought supposedly an expensive, quality couch along with several other pieces of furniture when we moved here...spending about $14,000 at allens over a few weeks and being happy to shop locally. After only three years, the couch's frame snapped in the front making it collapse in the middle and touch the floor. it was made of cheap ikea laminate product--we were told it was a steel frame that would last for many years...called and went in with pictures and receipts.... no help.....no apology...no discount on a new couch....only an offer for us to pay $200 to have someone come look at it... it's beyond repair and we need a new couch... definitely going elsewhere.
