  We moved to Portsmouth NH a few months ago. So we are not familiar with the furniture stores. One week ago my husband broke his hip and we needed to rearrange our home for his comfort. I called a few stores for a simple bed frame and none of the stores I called could help. When I called Furniture Forever, they agreed over the Phone to deliver and set up the bed. The owner made a special trip after work to do this. When my husband came home he needed a comfortable recliner. One store said they only deliver on Mondays. With Christmas next Monday and New Years the following week that meant three weeks. I went into Furniture Forever. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They arranged for the chair to be delivered within a few hours. John and the owner Bill delivered the chair, made room for it and set it up. It was in working condition in our home within 3 hours of walking in the store. The chair is perfect. High quality leather, soft, works great, and priced right. I highly recommend Furniture Forever. Thanks to everyone at the store.
