Ian answered my stupid questions with accuracy and enthusiasm. I bought my PSVR this AM, from Ian, and was stunned by his genuine friendliness, his attention to detail, his helpfulness and his general attitude. This guy needs a raise, and a promotion. The experience of dealing with him made this one of my best times in a GameStop. I'll consider my self a lucky person if I ever run into him online.
