  Terrible repair experience with MacEdge! Took in iMac on a Wednesday for a simple hard drive swap. Was told it would take 3 days, so I'd get my computer back Monday. Called Monday, was told they would call me Tuesday when it was ready. Heard nothing Tuesday. Called Wednesday, was told part was on order. I asked when they expected it. Told "maybe Thursday or Friday, can't tell," but computer may not be ready till the following Monday. Spoke to "manager," who didn't think it was their job to call customers to let them know about delays. Decided to pick up my computer and take it to a real Apple store for service. It's really too bad MacEdge does not employ actual adults who care about their work, even for management.
