- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆February 14, 2019, by Deb CarrollNot very helpful staff, and at times quite rude. After spending over $100.00 and traveling an hour to get to Portsmouth it was a disappointing experience. After returning home and starting to work the fabric I found it frustrating to deal with how the staff ripped the fabric rather than cutting it. Not sure I will return. Giving a three star rating due to the quality and quantity of fabric.
