  This store was one of the more decent place; the salesman actually knew about the vehicle I owned so we had a good chat. Yes, it was during a slow day with no customers so that helped but also many cell phone places are just slow no matter what. While I didn't make a decision to switch that day I did from away from Sprint after nearly 10 years of service with them. The reason? While I had their SERO Plan that went from 500 minutes with unlimited data/text, their 4G/LTE upgrades were notoriously slow as well as they slowly raised their price. It wouldn't have been bad if there was good coverage but places like Northwood, many parts of Barrington and anywhere north of Rochester on Rt. 16 meant no signal. Small towns almost always had no signal and the 3G was abysmal to say the least in terms of overall internet speed. And at times I couldn't connect for voice which was a huge deal breaker in case of an emergency. I hated leaving but heard good things about T-Mobile and finally made the switch and glad I did! All the towns I listed now all have service. There's only one stretch I lose a connection briefly while driving but it's been fantastic. The speed is amazing as well. Even in Portsmouth their speed is at least three times faster than that of Sprint. I also use over 20 GB a month so Verizon wasn't going to make my wallet happy. For $75/month you can't beat it! And the customer service over the phone has been terrific; it's like many employees there are very happy to be working. Not playing happy & faking it either. Why can't other companies be like T-Mo is beyond me.
