  Usually my experience with this Trader Joe's has been positive. I enjoy their products and the prices for their frozen meals can't be beat. However, locking the door at 8:30 without putting up a sign to let customers know is kind of a dick move, especially when the hours posted on the official website say they close at 9. I understand, to some degree, the reasoning for it (I used to work in retail and dreaded closing because people would meander in just as we were closing the doors and still try to shop). My boyfriend and I were not going to wander around for thirty minutes. We had intended to quickly run in and grab a few items. I realize we were out late and typically we don't like shopping so close to closing, but as previously mentioned, we weren't going to be in there until 9. We're going to give them another chance, hopefully this was just a fluke.
